• Review all vendor proposals to ensure completeness for their scopes of work.

• Responsible for tracking all information regarding issues, and potential change orders, ensuring that all work that is considered as extra cost is captured.
• Assist Project Manager in writing purchase orders and subcontracts to ensure that the contract requirements are fulfilled.

• Oversaw the placement and testing of millions of cubic yards of embankment material (Average daily production of 23,000 tons).
• Kept plans and specs up to date, receiving over 60 supplemental instructions.
• Supervised concrete pouring and testing of Aircraft Rated Drainage Structures, Sheet Pile Concrete Caps, Junction Slabs, & Traffic Barriers.
• Reviewed and submitted 500 submittals, and transmittals.
• Tracked all soil improvements under MSE Walls and dynamic compaction that included over 200 Standard Penetration Tests.
• Input and monitored data for over 150 settlement plates, and 13 extensometers, crucial for finding out when settlement of the embankment was completed.
