Design of new operational procedures to improve clinker quality.• Reduce of environmental impact with creation of new internal standards. Develop of tools to monitor it.• Improve of usage of Alternative fuels by designing new operational controls and developing a new training program for team.• Create monthly production plan and raw material consumption plan.• Create operational procedures and operational instructions to improve productivity of the team members.• Manage production area cost. Generate annual budget and project monthly cost.• Plan annual kilns maintenance.• Manage raw material inventory. This is product of analyze and evaluate operational risk, develop of safety work procedures, implementation of administrative and engineering controls. • Increase of production rate by 4% by process evaluation and statistical tools.• Decrease of non-programmed stoppages rates by 50%. Implementation of analysis tools(PFMA, RCM, RCA).• Increase of Clinker quality by 4% using DMAIC.
