Reprensents an active and enthusiastic commitment to the organization's mission and to the communities it serves.BackgroundThe Global StartupCities initiative was launched in 2018 with the aim of interconnecting innovation ecosystems outside the big hubs for accelerating new economic opportunities based on the "Innovation Ecosystem Builder" that plays a significant role in fostering and supporting innovation within a specific geographic and community context; StartupCity means new economic engine. The StartupCity concept is based on one ecosystem flagship per city and to interconnect their flagships in different strategic hubs.In 2022 during Unique Summit at StartupCity Braga, it was the official kick-off of the pioneer Global innovation Area which is divided into four continental bottom-up innovation Areas: America, Africa, Asia & Oceania, and Europe (our 1st pilot since 2020). Currently, the Global innovation Area has five Market iAreas (innovation Areas) as unique innovation spaces based on global startups calls, the local resources, and a pool of infrastructures between different StartupCities all over the world.

The European Innovation Council "EIC" Accelerator offers Europe's brightest and boldest entrepreneurs the chance to step forward and request funding for breakthrough ideas with the potential to create entirely new markets or revolutionise existing ones.

The team is formed by 7 subject-matter experts from 7 different countries to drive innovation across nations, industries and communities to collaboratively design a better world. The governance model must also be such that it can be implemented within the foreseeable future.

- Define an international network of partners, suppliers and technologies on energy efficiency and enviromental engineering in continuous process industries.- External technical advisor on energy efficiency and business development. Conducting successful and multidisciplinary R&D projects some of them part of PhD job.

- Coordination of multidisciplinary projects in the field of IT tools.- Project manager of collaborative projects with IT experts to implement new IT solutions in different type of sectors.

- Project manager in industrial management on process improvements (i.e. UNE 166002).

- Researcher in European projects on IT tools for real-time monitoring of industrial production (e.g. UES: Ubiquitous Oriented Embedded Systems for Globally Distributed Factories of Manufacturing Enterprises).
