The goal is to make everyone around more valuable than you. Overall, people quit their manager, not their job.I have been awarded multiple times for things that do not say anything about how I did it. Fortunately, often, I get asked to share best practices with different stores and teams, and I would like to share them here too. First, take care of your employees, and they will take care of you. Simple! Of course, there are many things that we have to develop between us to do this genuinely. They are characteristics like Integrity, self-motivation, friendliness, gratitude, perseverance, and what I call the PPA "'Permanent Positive Attitude"' mindset. Lastly, we must recognize that it does not matter where we have been, the years of experience, and our achievements in the past. The only thing that matters is to stay learning and helping others today.Leadership in business doesn't mean leading the organization. But the people in between, their employees. Through them, the achievement of the company goals and mission.
