HFR, founded in 2012, focuses on rescuing surplus food from restaurants, hotels, and bakeries to aid those in need. Our initiative has provided over 100,000 food servings to more than 29,000 individuals across Hanoi, benefiting hospitals, centers, and underserved communities.The Hunger Games, inspired by "The Amazing Race," is an innovative event where teams "rescue food" by collecting and delivering it to those in need, all while navigating various challenges. This event not only raises awareness about food waste but also offers a unique social experience for students and supports disadvantaged families in Hanoi.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Secured Diverse Sponsorships: Negotiated agreements with sponsors such as NP EDUCATION, ToCoToCo Bubble Tea, Yakult, DOL IELTS English, ST Lighthouse, ICEP Hanoi, and Luong The Vinh Secondary School, obtaining cash, vouchers, scholarships, food and beverages, venues, and apparel.Venue and Logistics Coordination: Successfully secured locations for event stages and managed transportation arrangements for participants, ensuring smooth execution.- Sponsor Relations: Ensured all sponsor benefits were fully implemented, providing exceptional care and support during the main event, which strengthened sponsor relationships and satisfaction.- Event Logistics: Played a key role in planning and executing logistics, ensuring the event ran seamlessly and met all objectives.This experience honed my skills in sponsorship negotiation, event logistics, and stakeholder management, contributing to HFR's mission of combating food waste and supporting vulnerable populations.
