I have always been passionate about creating elegant, efficient systems. Be it Lego bricks during childhood, people, code and processes now or even essential oils in perfumes during my free time. I love putting things together to make the whole more than the sum of each part. My other passion is innovation. This is why I went to my first coding school at 12, studied IT at university, pursued a master's degree in software engineering with a thesis in Artificial Intelligence, and even developed a device detecting sleep apnea in children. I particularly enjoy the human aspect of collaborative coding work, project management, pragmatic approaches to coding. I first led professional teams when I managed my own company, and I developed my competencies when I started leading teams in IT and Insurance sectors. I am told to be a democratic leader, good at delegation, with a focus on developing junior members of staff. A remnant of past teaching experiences perhaps. People say that I am an engaging, reliable, energetic, upbeat, optimistic and yet pragmatic person.
