Currently managing the Temporary contract Department where I do report to the Managing Director and General Manager on a weekly basis. In the current economy I have to spend a lot of time on business development and selling our services to current and new clients of Cordon Bleu. I am building relationships and I am responsible for the everyday running and operations of Cordon Bleu.Business development activities include cold calling as well as searching for any possible leads to easier approach of new clients and candidates as well as to build strong relationship with current database pool.I do oversee our marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities to target niche markets within Hospitality but not limited to our industry.

In this role I was overlooking permanent recruitment within Cordon Bleu Consultants. I was also support for our temporary department with two recruitment consultants.In my role at Cordon Bleu there is a strong emphasis on Business Development and cold calling as well as gaining leads from candidates and other client's.Due to the shortage of candidates in the market, extra measures had to be employed in gaining quality candidates. I developed and implemented an induction and training programme for new candidates to ensure quality standards across our Temp desk. The KPI's that were set for me are as follows:* 50-100 Telemarketing calls per week* 15 interviews per week* 5 Client visits per week* Budget of 20k per month to billKPI's have been met and exceeded.

Managed a temp desk of 1500-2500 hours a week through hospitality recruitmentTemp to Permanent recruitment Billing approximately 15K - 25K per month dependant on the roles and marginsIn my time at Cordon Bleu I received mentoring and training that has enabled me to be a consultant who meets his KPI's and understands the importance of client and candidate relationships.
