The CEPEN is a partnership of public and private entities, either collective or individual, that are devoted to study, research, and the promotion of national policies and strategies in internal and international relations.The proposed CEPEN will exist to provide a forum to develop innovative outputs in the field of integrity that contribute to stable and equitable development. It will do this through focused working groups targeted on specific social challenges for integrity. Through focusing on the specific challenges and back towards the integrity skills required to support them the centre will be able to rapidly produce well adapted and targeted knowledge and skills interventions. These interventions will be directed both at the use of integrity to address social challenges, but also to the creation of a constructive and informed demand for integrity on the part of the state and private corporations.

The CEPESE - Centre for Population Studies, Economics and Society is an institution devoted to scientific research, calling for inter-university, with its own statutes published in the Official Gazette No 13 of 16.1.1990, No. 100 of 29.4. 1999 (amendments) and No. 244 of 21.12.2006 (amended).
