As a business line manager I am responsible for product strategy, marketing strategy, pricing strategy and sales strategy. I built the product and sales team, which successfully acquires customers for online payment services. The team managed by me has signed agreements with several thousand clients, such as public administration units, online stores, mass invoice issuers and TFI. I persuaded to cooperate with the Paybynet most commercial banks and more then 300 cooperative banks. As a result of signing contracts with the majority of payment operators in Poland, Paybynet payment gateways to online banking have been made available in approximately 30,000 online stores in Poland. I am the author of the WEBPOS Paybynet solution used by public administration units. Currently, it operates in several thousand customer service points and allows office employees to accept mobile payments using only a web browser. I developed and built a line of computers sold under its own brand name - Actina. Computers were successfully sold to partners of Action SA as well as in public tenders for the Polish government sector (Action S.A. won tenders for the Ministry of Education).

I've chosen server and mass storage solutions for the company's clients. I cooperated with such suppliers as eg HP, IBM, Dell, SUN and others. I prepared offers and negotiated business terms.
