Art specializes in coaching leaders and managers improve their effectiveness and realize a sense of inner accomplishment- both professionally and personally.With 20 years of experience in leadership roles with both small and large companies, Art has worked with leaders and managers across all organization functions. During his 17 year career in brand marketing, he helped brands grow to their true potential. Through this experience, Art has now become passionate about helping people unlock their true potential. Art also has a variety of education experiences. He is certified as an Integral Master Coach™ through Integral Coaching Canada, Inc. In addition to his Bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio), Art earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota. He has also completed the 10 month Improvisation program at The Second City® in Chicago. On a personal note, Art enjoys camping in the Rocky Mountains, sailing his Hobie Cat on Lake Michigan, and traveling to most anywhere.
