• Conducts any activities about Quality Control to all civil aviation operators in Thailand.
• Conducts any activities about risk assessment.
• To review and seek approval of the Aviation Security Programme of airport operators and air traffic service providers from the Director General.
• To notify airport, airline and relevant entities when assessing risk or receiving trusted information in aviation threat.
• To certify security training course for airport, airline and other relevant entities.
• To provide recommendations on personnel or security training course of airport, airline and relevant entities in aviation to be able in performing aviation security in compliance with National Civil Aviation Programme.

Bangkok City, Thailand

• Assist Chief, Senior and Flight dispatcher in the preparation of flight briefing documentation and provide the relevant information for pilots.
• Monitor aircraft while in-flight and maintain a weather watch within the dispatch area of operation.
• Attend to all incoming calls, radio communications to flight dispatch control area
• Coordinate with pilot on allotted route with flight schedule, climate condition and geographical factors.
• Provide update on weather reports and inform pilots accordingly.

Phuket, Thailand

• Check passenger data, baggage and goods which it has been informed by CLC before boarding.
• Correct the information such as Dangerous Goods, Load & Trim Sheet, LIR, NOTOC, NOTAM for sending to captain.
• Responsible to plan, organize, supervise and control the turnaround activities for the aircraft in order to achieve a safe, secure and on- time departure.
• Monitor the turnaround functions so that they meet the service level agreement, as well as resolve issues and/or concerns that may impact the turnaround of the aircraft.
