Having joined FirstService in 2010 as Senior Manager, I was promoted to director in 2011 and have led the planning and analysis function for the consolidated group during that time. Key accomplishments during my tenure include:- Developed compensation plan for a subsidiary, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals- Built financial model and developed business case for new product offering- Prepared financial models supporting investor presentations- Led annual budget process, improving process and accuracy- Coordinated due diligence for credit facility renewal and private placement of new senior notes with banking syndicate and institutional lenders- Preparation of financial statement for a $2.3 billion public company

Led post merger integration of Osprey Media and Sun Media corporate offices including integration of teams, roll out of centralized billing environment for national accounts and implementation of new consolidation system; reviewing and revising business processes as required.

In August 2007, Osprey Media was acquired by Quebecor Media, the parent company of Sun Media CorporationLed finance team including accounting and the consolidation of 50 operating divisions. Oversaw financial reporting for public company including preparation of financial statements.
