My primary responsibility as an Account Manager is building and maintaining account relationships. This goal is achieved by; taking and analyzing soil samples, building crop plans, and developing budgets. Field scouting is a major activity performed in an effort to monitor plant health by determining nutrient deficiencies, insect/weed pressure, and plant pathogens. The scouting information is applied to given economic thresholds and a solution is developed that works to provide the best ROI given the specific issue. Ongoing training is required to maintain a WA pesticide license as well as the regional and international CCA certificates. Additional in-house agronomic training as well as university training has been utilized to provide existing accounts up-to-date, accurate information and ideas concerning agronomic and precision agriculture options.

Responsibilities as a Service Technician included providing exceptional service at the dealership as well as in the field. New equipment assembly, set-up, and testing procedures were performed. Individual and team troubleshooting and repair processes were done on a daily basis. Customer interaction took place in person at the dealership, over the phone, and in the field for troubleshooting, and repairs. A variety of equipment was repaired and maintained by service technicians including C&CE, wheel tractors, 4WD articulate tractors, combines, crawlers, and implements.
