02.2018 - today - I work in the group of companies Algimed. The group is engaged in the supply and maintenance of medical equipment and laboratory equipment, has offices in several countries and is the official representative of many world brands.I hold the position of field application manager in the company. I am engaged in after-sales service, support and user training. The main profile is molecular research and PCR diagnostics.I provide support to users on issues of conducting molecular studies (PCR, gel electrophoresis) using amplifiers and other equipment on various test systems, both foreign and domestic (Algimed Techno is one of the parts of the group of companies that develops and implements a product line for molecular studies, in particular - kits for DNA and RNA isolation, detection of SARS-Cov-2, beta-CAS, kits for detection of cancer markers).The main equipment manufacturers are Bio-Rad Laboratories, Tecan, Biosan, Promega, Implen, Allsheng.In the process of work, I combine the main direction of activity with related ones. I work closely with the sales department, prepare technical documentation for the proposed equipment, technical and marketing descriptions, prepare commercial offers, actively use 1C, draw up contracts.I have a complete understanding of sales, from finding out the needs of the client to the moment of shipment and user training (ordering, customs clearance, transport, obtaining related permits and certificates, registering goods in the warehouse, issuing invoices upon shipment, etc.).
