Managing a team of account managers for Playtech Live casino. Elevating the partner's Live Casino to the next level

Being an account manager for Playtech's Live Casino, providing the relevant services to b2b partners and helping them grow.

- Supervising and managing facility and related operational areas- Coordinating operations employees- Organizing marketing and ad. Projects from operations department. Ensuring precise and timely information flow between operations employees;- Monitoring and identifying disruptions, technical problems of any kind in operations- Initiating, leading, overseeing communication and conflict resolutions- Verifying and clarifying circumstances of suspected and occurred fraud cases;- Detection of risks, correction and prevention of possible issues;- Evaluating employees and the work environment climate and assess the potential risks

- Managing dedicated unit of Floor Management department, i.e. team of 11 team leaders with ~ 50 dealers in team;- Managing department related communication with Licensees;- Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, training, developing and supervising subordinates;- Planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions of subordinates;- Maintaining a safe secure and comfortable work environment for subordinates;- Ensuring organized continuous internal and external communication within the subordinates and other departments;- Accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations and feedback;- Compile monthly evaluation of subordinates, organizing and executing internal competition;- Gathering and analyzing critical data and compiling reports for the management;- Setting and achieving targets for the unit in accordance of department vision and mission;- Making constant improvement of Department functions by raising effectiveness and efficiency of subordinates performance;- Succession planing of subordinates and constant development of the team;- Creating and updating departmental and unit policies and manuals for subordinates to optimize work flow;- Analyzing and resolving quality and service issues, identifying trends, working on general work systems improvements;

- Managing a dedicated team of 70 dealers- Ensuring employee's awareness of represented brand, promotions and other services on highest level in coordination of the licensee.- Participation in various departmental projects (VIP service, Employee's evaluation, incentive schemes, etc.)- Following up training and improving skills of subordinates- Improving KPI results of the team- Working with internal systems: Jira, confluence.
