Work for project Sakhalin 1: Orlan Offshore Platform, Berkut Offshore Platform, Chayvo OPF, Odoptu Well Site, Chayvo Well Site, De-Kastri, Chayvo North.Main responsibilities:• Develop design for Temporary and Permanent Flow lines for offshore platform and onshore facilities;• Work with programs AutoCAD, 3D PDMS/LFM Laser scanning;• Prepare/check piping construction isometric drawings / pipe support drawings in accordance with the project;• Prepare Material take off;• Create Line and Tie-In lists;• Design sketch drawings for details;• Develop Plot plan, General arrangement drawings;• Prepare Man-hours Estimate;• Awareness of standards (API, ASME, DIN);• Prepare Data sheet;• Visit fabrication shop for check spools and flange orientation according drawing;• Brown field trip.Achievement: Coordinate installation of Xmass trees on the Orlan / Berkut platform for new wells and prepare final design for hook-up spool.

Work for project Sakhalin 2: Lun-A Offshore Platform , PA-B Offshore Platform, Molikpak Offshore Platform, OPF, LNG plant.Main responsibilities:• Prepare Design Drawings from Engineering Data and Specifications in accordance with Project (piping isometrics, pipe supports, minor mechanical details and etc.);• Prepare Material Take Off;• Work with AutoCAD and 3D model PDMS (MDS);• To carry out document searches via LiveLink and Documentum;• Support the piping onshore survey effort with occasional onshore survey trips;• Read a Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID);• Knowledge of pipe support requirements, pipe support drawing systems, and the ability to draft steel work details.
