Product Manager
Current- Responsible for product ownership of mass market mobile voice products.
- Customer development for current and potential customers through market research, user andfrontline feedback analysis.
- Converting insights into actionable product improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, legal and finance) to achieve business goals.
- Establishing internal communication and cooperation processes for all business units with the Productdepartment and communicate with 3rd party partners.
- Create a project plan, task breakdown and execution plan, and continue to manage based on metricssuch as ARPU, Retention Rate, LTV, and Contribution Margin.
