Current• Manage digital practice team consisting of eleven direct reports. The digital practice team roles include BIM coordinators, computational designers, software developers, and digital practice specialists.• Oversee the execution of the studio’s digital evolution strategy. Analyze business objectives and operational processes, identifying opportunities for digital optimization and innovation. • Oversee digital projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they align with the digital strategy and contribute to the studio’s digitization goals.• Champion the identification and integration of digital tools and technologies that enhance the quality of deliverables, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency. • Coordinate with external technology providers including SolidCAD, Autodesk, Chaos, etc.• Governance over technology in our internal knowledge repository in collaboration with our knowledge management team.• Work with our IT provider to ensure the software needs of the studio are met in terms of licensing, version deployment, security, and hardware requirements.• Creation and delivery of learning courses within the internal Turner Fleischer Academy.• Host monthly studio-wide events to share technology tips and tricks, champion innovation and create engagement with the digital practice department to further our practice.
