Together with my family, I run the 6 locations of Teddy Kids.My main responsibilities include running the daily operations, developing new growth opportunities, increasing efficiency of operations (IT), and contact with all clients.Our number one goal is to provide the best experience to the children and parents of our daycare and ensure a top quality service.Currently taking care of 400 kids per day and have over 80 staff!

eKids was the first co-planning system designed specifically for daycare providers. This platform enabled managers, teachers, and even parents to customise and modify various schedules on demand. eKids provided care providers with enhanced flexibility, trust, and transparency in their day-to-day planning. The system was designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, automating tasks such as rosters, invoicing, tracking illnesses, and even payments. This automation meant branches could reduce paperwork and bookkeeping, leading to better quality care at reduced costs.eKids had aimed to be the one-stop-shop for busy parents and managers.This was a passion project close to my heart. For several years, I poured my energy and resources into it, even establishing an office in India with a dedicated team of 15 developers. However, despite the dedication and commitment, the project came to a close and entered an indefinite pause. There's a possibility that one day we might revive and take it further, but for now, it remains a cherished experience.This journey equipped me with invaluable skills. Thanks to it, I learned to code, understand programming languages, and acquired significant expertise in Python.
