Started a new company ,T.M.I. Engineers & Systems, located in Ghaziabad( Delhi NCR) as an extended marketing arm of L&T, marketing Electronic Meters / Trivectormeters, Microprocessors based Protection Relays for the Indian Manufacturing Industry. We ventured into Power Integration systems in 1999. The profile included designing the total power distribution system depending on the load. Did Projects for companies like Mitsui, Honda, Pepsi, Johnson Control, Wartsila, Reliance, American Embassy, Indian Oil, L&T, Bharat Petroleum. …..and many more.

Joined Glowtronics Limited, Mysore as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Glowtronics Limited was incorporated in 1987 Manufacturing Black & White Cathodes & Heaters for the T.V Tube Industry. This company was the first of its kind in India & fourth in the World. Rose to a level of Production Manager with overall responsibilities of making production schedules and meeting the delivery deadlines. Was also instrumental in designing the new machines and establishing UNIT II of the company as the Project In Charge.
