Consultant Data Quality:• Quality inspects the local distribution fibre network design using SpatialNet and Mapinfo to ensure the duct reservation and cost effective use of infrastructure.• Run the recommended report and make sure the plan and design is done as per Telstra and NBN recommendations• Cross check with the redline PDF (As-built implemented) if any contradictions between report and the design exists ,correct the design by discussing with service delivery partner• Run outside plant export report and check the attribute of the Network elements• If any attribute mismatch found, correct it in OSP-Export spreadsheet and import back to the database • Run the NCR again and make sure the network is plan and designed as per Telstra and NBN recommendations and As-built is implemented as per Redline PDF• Make sure all the pits and Trenches are augmented in spatialnet design as per Field construction• Convert the FSAM into MapInfo format and check the Telstra trench and pits are reserved properly• Make sure the count of the equipments and prepare the spreadsheet. • Calculate the DRM ( Duct reservation Module) and prepare the report• Submit the FSAM to the Telstra for their approval• Preparation of Telstra duct reservation measurement for the design• Strong knowledge of As Built/IFDV process after working through various FDAs in order to achieve project practical completion; including identifying and resolving various defects.• Provided traning and support to new members of the PC team
