Responsible and in charge for complete maintenance of Sheiks ROYAL VILLA.Troubleshooting of dimmer panels, MCC panels, water feature control panels, etc.Supportive and replacement of Room care, public care technicians in their absence.Familiar in handling of guest room complaints- troubleshooting of RMS panels, electrical, AC, Plumbing, etc.Carrying out preventive maintenance of AHU’s, electrical DB’s, Pumps.Carry out Legionella management (Water tanks flushing, shower head descaling, water feature draining, Jacuzzi inspection) and submit reports for FLS.Testing and maintenance of 800kva generator, with ATS.Responsible to submit complete reports based on FLS matrix for Royal Villa.
