W.L.L. is a leading Janitorial contractor since 1965 in the Kingdom of Bahrain.Some of my duties as Accounts Manager are listed below:• Centralized accounting for all the GCC branches.• Involved in finalization of major contracts and maintain close contact with the clients to sort out any finance related issues.• Verifying and analyzing the correctness of the entries made by the accountants and integrating the same with the books.• Preparing quarterly consolidated income statement and cash flows.• Finalizing of annual accounts and coordinating with the External Auditors for year-end audit formalities.• Analyzing and scrutinizing the pay roll activities and integrating them with the main GL.• Verifying daily sales and collection and other reports from all the sites.• Analyzing discrepancy, determining the causes and their follow-up measures.• Carrying out periodical visits to project sites for internal audit and reporting the exceptions to the management and solving it.• Conducting periodical inspections & implementing better procedures for proper maintenance of goods and stores at sites. Thereby improving the chances to arrive at a stock without discrepancy. And implementing better procedures to reduce the operational cost.

Apart from furnishing also includes, a printing press in Bahrain ‘Al Qabas Printing House’ being one of the leading printing house with all the latest machineries.Some of my duties as Senior Accounts Executive are listed below:• Centralized accounting for all the GCC branches.• Computerized accounting using ADS [Application Development System] an accounting package based on UNIX.• Preparation of consolidated weekly cash flow statements for all the branches. • Preparing quarterly consolidated income statement and cash flows.• Finalizing of annual accounts and coordinating with the External Auditors for year-end audit formalities.• Passing Adjustment entries after consultation with the external auditors.• Verifying and analyzing the correctness of the cost calculated by the branch accountants and integrating the same with the books.• Preparing and scrutinizing the pay roll activities and integrating them with the main GL.• Verifying daily sales and collection and other reports from all the branches.• Reconciling the physical valuation of stock with the GL for trading & retailing units and two Manufacturing Units [Bukannan Furniture Factory, Al Qabas Printing Press].• Analyzing discrepancy, determining the causes and their follow-up measures.• Carrying out periodical visits to branches for internal audit and reporting the exceptions to the management.• Conducting periodical inspections & implementing better procedures for proper maintenance of goods and stores.
