I am prepared planning and programming of crop farming, site problems, fertiliser & Irrigation requirements like Drip & Sprinklers and overhead Irrigation Systems, financial budget and the strategic plan for the farm, Achieve the farm production target for fresh vegetables, Managing the farm infrastructure and maintain the farm assets, supervisation and administration of activities on farm site, Reviews and approves the periodical production report ensuring availability of the finished product on time and meeting, Maintain all farm records in an accurate and timely manner. And My typical responsibilities include following;
 Looking an up - to - date, starting from field preparation, seeding, transplanting & harvesting and sustain a knowledge of Nutrient & Pest and diseases management and well knowledge of Soil & Plant leaf sap testing in field itself (Macro & Micro Nutrients).
 Handling paper work and keeping administration records.
 I am looking around 50-hectare Open field in Ooty belt also on my direct control which includes crops like Green peas, Lettuce, Beetroot, zucchini, carrot & other Vegetables as well as whole Farm Nursery Management, along with further all activities.
 Handling not less than 50 Nos Manpower which includes, supervisor, company staff, casual labour ( Experts include Ladies) and increase the efficiency of farms and workers by developing new strategies.
 Ensuring compliance with Government regulation concerning farm activities and health & safety standards.

 I am looking around 24-hectare Net house/Cravo house and also Open field is on my direct control which includes crops like Colour Pepper, cherry Tomato, Sweet corn Carrot, Tomatoes, Beet root & other Vegetables as well as whole Farm Nursery Management, along with further all activities.
 Handling not less than 150 Nos Manpower which includes, supervisor, company staff, casual labour (Citizens/ Experts include Ladies) and increase the efficiency of farms and workers by developing new strategies.
 Ensuring compliance with Government regulation concerning farm activities and health & safety standards.
Variations in workloads relate to seasonal demands some unsociable hours might be necessary during busy periods and I am expected deal with emergencies.
