Levigate Alloys was founded by a team of experts in metal powder manufacturing, to manufacture and supply a broad spectrum of high quality alloy powders and value-added products. The powders are designed to deliver best results for our customers whichever application technique they may choose such as Thermal spray coating, High temperature brazing, Additive Manufacturing (AM), Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) and Metal Injection Molding (MIM). Metal alloy powders are available in Nickel, Cobalt and Iron based. We also develop specialised alloys to meet specific customer requirements. We have atomising capacity of over 1,250 metric tons per year with water, gas and hybrid atomising technologies. Our manufacturing plant is a 12,000 sq. ft. modern factory and boasts state-of-the-art atomising and laboratory facilities. Levigate alloy powders features consistent spherical shape, satellite free particles, low oxygen content, uniform powder flow characteristics, precise particle size distribution and consistency between batches. Our powders offer higher deposition rates, lower porosity and uniform bonding. Our ISO-certified production units ensure that the chemical and physical properties adhere to specifications.
