1) Responsible for maintaining good GMP and GDP of documents2) Preparations of SOP's/WI's. 3) In-line with validation, executed and prepared Protocol Activities for Process machineries 4) Work planning, Scheduling and Executing of maintenance related activities.5) Maintenance of Non-Sterile and Sterile Process machineries.6) Predictive Maintenance Activities like Arc Flash Study and Thermography Study.7) Preventive maintenance activities planning and executing through CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).8) Close follow up with purchase department for maintaining essential spares, movement of materials, quotation finalization, new vendor qualification and HSD stock.9) Maintenance of 33 KV substation with 4x 2000 KVA Diesel Rotary UPS, 2x 2000 KVA LT Diesel generators.10) Rule -3 Person for annual inspection and safety certificate from CEIG.

•Overseeing execution of preventive maintenance of PLC & Field Instruments, including schedules / shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble free and seamless operations.•Preparing various project reports for identifying areas of obstruction / defects, conducting troubleshooting, service and repair to rectify the equipments.•Handling erection & commissioning of equipments and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.•Overseeing installation & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities.•Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity. •Modifying equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables and power, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced. •Maintaining quality standards, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action.•Implementing quality systems and quality techniques like Kaizen, Poke- yoke, TPM, 5-Ss, etc. to ensure high quality standards at all the stages of production. •Planning and executing process audits to ensure quality and stability; responsible for Safety, Health & Environment of the Plant.

•Effectively prepared Single Line diagrams, Lighting layouts, Panel & Machinery layouts, Sub-Station layout & Earthing layouts and successfully got it approved from CEIG and TNEB for the projects.•Adroitly calculated voltage load and appropriately selected Switches, Cables and Transformers.•Played a vital role as In-charge of project documents.•Deftly modified the drawings and altered them as per the site requirements.
