I have been a freelance Trainer for the most part of my life. My training areas:1. Induction 2. Leadership3. Freedom from Stress of Body, Mind and Spirit4. Personal Mastery5. Entrepreneurship Development, and6. Cultural Transformation...I use Cultural Anthropology, Economics, Psychology, Philosophy, Religion, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Appreciative Inquiry and Fifth Discipline to design my training that fit the 21st Century requirements. I authored and self-published two books; One is on Religion and Society; the other on using Neuro-Linguistic Programming for Rural Development. One another book of mine on theology has been published by an American Publisher.The International Labour Organization gave me consultancy to author a Training Manuel that ILO published under the title, "From Poverty to Prosperity." The Government of AP had engaged my services as Consultant Trainer from 1998 to 2003 and I trained IAS, IFS, IRS officials on Leadership, Motivating their constituencies in projects such as Watersheds, Water and Sanitation, Self Help Groups of Women and their Cooperatives.I worked in Meru Cab Co, Bangalore as it's first Training Manager, and also as the first Senior Manager Training in India Finserve Advisors Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.I train with ease Corporate Managers, Top Government Officials, Professors, College and school students, employees and rural community leaders.After teaching at St Joseph's Institute of Management, Bangalore for ten terms that ended in May 2018, I got appointed as a "National Level A Grade Trainer" for the Government of India by the National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad in July 2018.
