Arul Senthil, or AS, has eleven years of teaching and research experience in management education. He teaches subjects related to organisational behaviour, human resource management, and strategy. He has completed several training programs, including T-Group from ISABS, NLP, GRC, and Appreciative Inquiry. His research interests are emotional intelligence and emotional labor. He delivers talks to institutions and corporations on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, happiness at work, and employee well-being. He won the Bharathidasan University intercollegiate chess tournament for five consecutive years. Bishop Heber College recognised his achievement by awarding him "Outstanding Sportsman" for both his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.Professional Membership: Life member in NIPM, Coimbatore.
