Operating model design for the Customer Experience Department in a customs agency in MENA: As part of the project, developed the operating model for the CX Department of a customs agency to improve the department's efficiency and provide improved customer experience to the benefactors. Developed policies and processes for the agency's newly designed Customer Experience Function.2. Process reengineering for a tourism entity in MENA: Conducted As-Is study and preparing an As-Is report, Developed To-Be process maps, Updated the service catalog and citizen charter based on the transformed processes, Created FRS (Functional Requirement Specification) document as input for the SRS documentation team. Developed an Integration matrix covering the data integration requirements between Ministry and other government entities for improving efficiency and achieving automation. 3. Operating model development: Responsible for developing relevant and applicable policies and processes for the newly established Heritage Commission in one of the MENA countries. Designed more than 50 Processes and associated procedures for departments like Archaeology, Urban Heritage, Handcrafts, and Intangible Heritage and contributed to developing KPIs for the newly defined 8 Departments.4.National level Open data strategy: Part of the team which conducted benchmarking of 6 countries at a global level on their Open Data practices. The benchmarking exercise focused on eight dimensions applicable to Open Data and defined the maturity levels of each country's open data practices based on the selected maturity model. A qualitative assessment of the activities performed by the benchmarked countries against each available dimension and sub-dimensions applicable to Open Data was conducted, followed by assigning a score based on the level of maturity of the activities as defined in the maturity model.
