• I have created a spreadsheet to keep track of my positions, this spreadsheet includes Req number, hiring manager and info, and all candidates and notes on each of them.
• Daily call with the account manager and director to know the update on the requisitionsOff-hours I would source candidates from home through LinkedIn whether they were active or passive across a vast number of skillsets.

• Handling full cycle recruitment for various staffing needs including contract, full-time, and onsite and offsite staff augmentation as required by vendors/clients.
• Understand the recruitment and source consultant from the market.
• Support the manpower to the direct client as well as some software implementation partner directly.
• Work on Full-time and Contact position of the client and support them with W2 and CTC Consultant.
• Negotiated hourly rates with consultants according to employer profit margin for contract placements (1099/C2C/W2).
• Expert in finding possibilities of getting w2 employees.
