As a Process Engineer I will be contributing towards the development of Automation production line within the COX Automotive - EV Battery solution Unit.

1.Develop and implement quality systems per ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR820 and customer requirements. 2.Assisted in development, review and approval of process and equipment validation/qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ). 3.Worked and Improved the Quality and handled product improvements, Successfully handled products to get the FDA regulations4.Successfully Developed and Created Test Scripts and Test cases5.Analyze quality data (i.e. supplier reject %, customer returns/reasons, and product related complaints), perform root cause analysis and own implementing countermeasure improvements6.Implement and maintain tracking system for production time requirements, including time studies7. Involved in implementing Time reduction and Non-Value-added reduction in automatic material handling by documenting and reducing the Total Cycle time (TCT), Used SIX SIGMA DMAIC Process for the implementation of Product development and to reduce the production time4.
