Responsible for:•Handling complete accounting transactions.· Finalization of accounts.· Monitoring all sales invoices (cash, credit & stock transfer)· Day to day co-ordination with sales team and give them required support like sending requestedSOA, Sales and profitability reports etc.· General Accounting responsibilities including A/R, A/P, Reconciliations, Reporting etc· Handling petty cash· Review daily bank reconciliations· Bank related matters.· Pay roll and preparation of WPS file and arrangement for monthly salary transfer.· Inventory Costing.· Monthly inter-company loan reconciliation.· Preparing financial statements.· Reporting day to day activities to senior level management.· Provide necessary arrangement and support for internal and final audits.
