•Handling of all incoming & outgoing shipments of the company.•Advise and coordinate with all the internal divisions, sales persons, customers & suppliers for the logistics related activities.•Prepares & process all types of free-zone customs documents such as export/ import/ transfer owner-ship / import for re-export & free zone bill of entry documents•Handling Customs, freight forwarders, Carriers and logistics activities in UAE & GCC.•Liaising with UAE Customs Authority for documentation purpose and resolve customs delays•Examined invoices and docs for conformity to tariff and customs regulations•Arranges cargo collection from various suppliers and customers of the company.•Supervision & organizing pick & pack services, customizing, labeling, palletizing, loading & offloading the goods.•Preparation of Certificate of Origin from local Chamber of Commerce, legalization of documents from respective consulate, Insurance & perform LC documentation. etc.•Reports directly to Commercial Manager and UK Head Office.•Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy •Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. •Develop & modify logistics procedures and activities of the company•Planning & processing of orders and make sure consignments are dispatched from the warehouse within proposed time frame to meet periodical targets.•Advice employees on care and preservation of items received, stored and distributed, on methods for handling, storing, maintaining and distributing stock and on use of equipment.•Study records and recommend remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow-moving and excess stock.•Conduct periodic warehouse inventory, Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records, and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
