Creating and updating student profiles in the Sabis Student Management System (SSMS).Creating and updating exams for students using the Sabis Loader, and manually from the Integrated Testing and Learning (ITL) Exam Hall as needed.Troubleshooting the Integrated Learning System (ILS) to ensure it meets requirements.Maintaining student tablets, including both hardware and software.Creating and uploading picture projects as required.Identifying and resolving system errors with appropriate solutions.Maintaining the network and providing reliable data to employees, as well as additional data upon request.Ensuring and maintaining the connection between the server and connected PCs.Maintaining both hardware and software systems.Ensuring all machines are functioning as configured and providing technical support for any issues.Updating, processing, and filing all documents.

 Provide project updates and metrics to Managers on regular basis.  Assist in preparing database functional and design specifications.  Test database systems and perform bug fixes.  Maintain accurate and complete database programming documentations. Maintaining the Systems (Hardware and Software). Establishing and ensuring the connection from the server to the PC's connected  Creating and maintaining the data(back up ) Checking the errors in the systems, clearing with appropriate solutions.  Maintaining the network and making reliable data's to the employees and proving additional data's on request. Maintaining the ERP systems and Coordinating the work's with BMS(Building Management Systems)

 Perform database programming for new and existing systems. Write scripts, stored procedures and functions for database system Modification and data entry• Resolve database problems, queries and error reports in accurate and timely manner.  Interact with business teams to understand project requirements Admin daily task and Key Account Management. Organize and maintain office files and records. Raising of purchase orders and invoice tracking.  Updating, processing and filing of all documents. Maintaining and verifying daily collection reports. Monitoring the satisfaction of our customers and identifying the needs of customers.
