Arun is a senior advisor at McKinsey where he is helping organizations create the Change that Matters most to them. From the C-suite to the front line, Arun is helping clients to transform their organizations, embed technology into everything they do, and build enduring capabilities.Prior to this, Arun was a member of the Global Executive Leadership team at Cognizant where he led the Global delivery for the BFSI practice. In that role, he was at forefront of accelerating Cognizant’s Digital Transformation efforts across all its BFSI clients. Arun joined Cognizant in 2002 and had played a significant role in the company’s astronomical growth. He was instrumental in building the business in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. He also served as the practice head for Application Services. Arun has over overall 27 years of experience in the field of IT, spanning over delivery management, customer relationship management, building and managing large business units, strategic alliances and change management across multiple industries, business domains, technologies & geographies.He holds bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from NIT Silchar. During his free time, he enjoys playing squash, tennis and swimming.
