Responsibilities:• Recruited and placed professionals from various IT technologies for direct clients and Implementing Partners.• Responsible for entire recruiting cycle, understanding the job opening, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with consultants• In Depth knowledge & Experience using internet search engines & Job portals such as: DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp and social network like LinkedIn, Face book, search engine like Google.• Exposure to Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099 and maintaining good relationship with preferred vendors.• Hands on experience in working for various technologies like J2EE, .Net, C++, Data warehousing, Testing, System and Network Admin, Infrastructure . Ability to research on new emerging technologies to gain better exposure in the industry.• Negotiate salaries /rate in accordance with the company’s approved policies and procedures.• Post prescreening communications with candidates/Consultants regarding Submissions, Interviews and Placements.• Interact with vendor/clients to co-ordinate interview schedules and complete relevant documentation.• Involved in successfully delivering consultant to the client.

Experience in sourcing and screening profiles as per the given job requirements using various channels like job boards, social networking sites, etc., • Innovate unique sourcing strategies, utilizing an optimal combination of job boards, databases, and response management. • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. • Full cycle recruiting of Information Technology professional for, getting the requirement from the clients and fulfilling the requirement by identifying the right resources with the required skills as per the client’s job specifications. • Recruited candidates by gaining referrals, sourcing on LinkedIn and Internet Groups, searching Dice/Monster/Indeed and Career Builder job boards, and searching internal databases as well as other networking events. • Detailed Knowledge of every visas and tax terms .
