• Review, validate and process invoices after verification of basic data like supplier details, PO, Bank account, invoice number, GST, invoice date etc. • Preparing budget estimates for AMC of IT services contracts and recording all expenses related to administration and ongoing project function.• Oversee Admin functions of the office including travel arrangement, staff, and admin expenses.• Preparing and presenting MIS for Management
