Current1. Starting with attending the project kickoff meeting.2. Getting the Client and Fire safety consultant approval on the sample board, Technical Submittal, Shop Drawings.3. Monitoring the work progress at site as per the shop drawing and Work Schedule.4. Effectively communicate with the Project Manager about the work progress and possible hindrance in completion of the project so that planning can be done effectively and avoid the delay in completion.5. Attending weekly progress review meetings at site and managing overall project email communication effectively.6. Developing good repo with the PMC.7. Work on project variation both quantity and cost and highlight it to the management and seek approval from client in case of escalations in the cost.8. Involve in commissioning activities with the commissioning team.9. Managing preparation of Handingover documents, As built drawings, Final Bill and submission of the same to the client with complete client satisfaction.
