A building material testing laboratory with state of the art facilities and first of its kind in Chhattisgarh state serving over 150 clients for around ten years and providing them with cost effective testing services● Purchased MTLIPL in 2010 in the capacity of owner and renamed it as Marshal Geo Test Laboratory.● Management of all laboratory activities and supervision of 20 employees while focussing on their training and technical skills.● Developed a system for sample collection, field and laboratory testing, report preparation and analysis according to BIS testing standards to provide accurate results of tests.● Obtained ISO 9001-2008 certification for the laboratory by adopting technical testing techniques strictly in compliance to ISO standards.● Created Quality control awareness among the contractors and their employees working on various civil projects of State, Central Govt. Etc and other sectors through the testing laboratory.● Currently, developing the laboratory system in accordance to NABL standards for NABL accreditation.

● Marketing of Engineering machines and testing equipment like Conventional and CNC Lathes, Machining Centers, Material Testing machines like UTM, Hardness Testers, Metallurgical Testing equipment, Automated cleaning machines etc.● Application oriented technical selling based on customer’s requirement for machining of auto parts, testing of auto parts etc. ● Guided technical colleges to setup laboratories and Machines shops by suggesting proper machines and equipment. Supply demonstration and training on these equipments. Rectified or retrofitted old machines for better performance.
