Promoted from Catalog & Campaign Manger to Senior Catalog & Campaign Manger.• Perform work allocation based on brand priority and SLA for the catalog team• Prioritization of brands and cascade the same to pricing team for competitor price analysis• Work with pricing head on gross merchandise value on brand level• Selection of brands for main banner and category banners of the home page on weekly routine• Generate report on best sellers at brand level and category level• Maintain inventory for the best sellers at SKU level• Shortlist brand/category for EDM on weekly routine and cascade the same with marketing team• Select brand/category for the weekend sale and cascade the same with pricing/marketing/technology team• Work with sourcing team on special TP for weekend sale• Keep track of revenue generating products at brand level• Perform pagination of products on brand level and category level• Providing SKU details to technology for LTO page generation• Work with sourcing on pipeline brands and generate report on the same• Maintain quick turnaround time on all vendor query• Selection of products for the gifting segment on bi-weekly routine• Collate individual productivity of catalog team on daily/weekly routine• Maintain track of portal enhancements• Keep track of de-listed/zero raised brands• Work with technology team to generate new category code when required• Post catalog upload, double check if the new products are uploaded under desired category• Announcement of new brands to the Luxehues family • Catalog template standardization was implemented and thereby trained certain brands to send complete catalog

• Have been part of end to end ecommerce process such as NIS(New Item Set-up), Problem Receive, ISS(Inbound Support Service), Andon Cord• Playing the role of single Point of contact for the team and Subject Matter Expert for the process handled. • Manage the team with work allocation, daily reports, maintain trackers, stakeholder queries and escalations, perform audit and maintaining the track of quality reports.• Performed Projects resulting in increase of Productivity/SLA and trained new hires.• Selection Monitoring Task (SMTP) which has a direct interaction with the vendors via Email for increasing the Inventory and Productivity. • Provide feedback on trending SLA & TAT and keep posted on new task and process improvements to Stakeholders.• Notify stakeholders on top offending vendors and the corresponding pro-active measure to suppress escalations. • Notify stakeholders about the missing selection, new vendor onboard, new items set up data. • On-boarded new team called Andon Cord Quality Program (ACQP) Team.

Dealt with all kinds of Virus, Spyware, Malware and Root kits etc. • Check the host files, driver files, system32 and registry files in the computer.• Check for the proxy servers, temp files and logon files; create a system restore point after removing the infection completely.
