Raised in Bangalore, India I have always been able to appreciate the opportunities the IT Hub in India had to offer. Being able to mingle with so many culturally diverse cosmopolitan populations inculcated a sense of inclusivity and lend me insights into the myriad perspectives each of them had to offer. Being able to value opinions and act accordingly helped me to scale both personally and professionally. Being in the midst of the offshoring boom lead me to choose my career in Financial Services. Started off in the Sub-Prime lending business and continued for a good part of two decades. Shifting gears and fast-forwarding 17 years I am currently managing Treasury Products Onboarding and End to End Credit card Operations. Skilled in Business processes, Analytical Skills, Customer Service, Business Development, and Business Process Improvement, I was successfully able to add value to every organization I worked at the same time enjoyed the challenges every bitPersonally, I love to read and cycle with my kids to a number of destinations in this beautiful city of lakes. Having noticed a knack in photography a bit late in my life I am pursuing a late booming passion as well. With a hectic office schedule throughout the week, these leisurely pass times help me keep my life balanced
