Responsibility of in process Inspection i.e. Dimensional, visually inspection, Hardness Testing. Responsible for In-process & Final quality & Assembly line quality. Responsible for Final inspection stage (PDI). Responsible to first piece and last piece approval in line inspection. Responsibility of Rejection analysis. Manage daily activity, incoming and outgoing files. Caring out 5S, kaizen activity for continuous improvement. Monitoring adherence to quality systems / standards and maintaining requisite documents. Work on to upgrade quality documents as per IATF-16949-2016. Plan & execute product audit. Attending management review meeting and internal audits to ensure the compliance ofsystems. Ensuring adherence to various quality parameters across the shop floor.
