I was tasked to tackle the issue. • Architected, designed and developed a test automation infrastructure using Python. • Allowed automated execution of the individual scripts using a custom configuration file, that allowed time bound as well as iterative runs of the scripts. • Script results were consistently logged at one place. • Allowed remote deployment of the scripts from a hosting server. • Allowed software to be automatically fetched and installed.

Taking up the architect hat, I engaged from the start with the customer to gather the requirements, performed an investigation comparing and contrasting the product with the software counterpart, presented the architecture to customer’s satisfaction and drove the whole project until delivery. • The solution was developed for the Linux TCM/LIO target mode stack • The project was architected to fit into any target mode stack, and later down the line, this was an easy port to the SCST stack.
