Department of Sponsorship and Marketing (DoSM) is a group of students managing sponsorship and marketing related activities of the three festivals of BITS Pilani K.K.Birla Goa Campus which are:1.Waves,the cultural festival. 2.Quark,the technical festival 3.Spree,the sports festival. DoSM seeks not just for cash sponsorship but also in-kind sponsorship. Besides this DoSM also handles various media associations for promotion of the three festivals and the sponsors. One of the primary jobs of DoSM is to design marketing strategies for the sponsors, ensuring that they get full value for the money invested in the festivals. It is a training ground for students pursuing engineering to improve their communication skills, to develop a sense about marketing and most importantly learn how to become effective as an individual and a team player.

BITSMUN is a one of its kind event aimed at educating the participants about current events of International importance and giving them a perspective on International relations, diplomacy and the agenda of the UN. It is held at BITS PILANI K.K. BIRLA GOA CAMPUS every year as a part of its technical festival, QUARK. BITSMUN 2012 will be held from 3rd to 5th Feb, 2012.
