I am a primary care physician for 34 years. I started learning and practicing addiction medicine in 2006. I have done over 200 presentations trying to educate the community physicians and social groups about various aspects of addiction. My primary interest is the lack of access to care for patients with Opioid use disorder or substance use disorder. I am concerned close to 1 million young Americans have died in the past 22 years. I am recommending workable practical solutions to resolve the Americas Opioid epidemic
