I have developed my interest in civil engineering at the time of high school as my mother is a professional building Designer. As I completed my Highschool, I joined Collage for my Higher Education in Civil Engineering and completed it in 2019. After my course completion I have joined Metric Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in the post of Site Engineer and I was promoted to the post of project engineer by the end of 2020. While the time I joined I was given a training period of 6 months in which I got a chance to be a part of 5 other bridge projects associated with this company. These 5 bridges were of different design types making me familiar with a variety of bridge designs. This training helped me a lot in studying the different ways in which a project is to be completed and to solve various problems associated with these types of projects. As of my present works, I am coordinating the various activities running on my site with 10 of by subordinate engineers and 80 labors. I am planning the day-to-day activities that is to be conducted at site and arranging works accordingly with available man and machineries. Also, I have developed my skills in developing a relationship with my subordinates enabling me to achieve my targets with much ease.
