Coordinating the interviews with various Project Managers. Conducting the HR round of Candidates and also involved in Salary Negotiations. • Induction: As the new employee joins the organization, introduce him to each and every member of the organization so that he feels comfortable and knows everyone in the organization. Give new employee an induction presentation and explain him about the company’s policies, rules, benefits etc.• Performance Appraisal: Coordination all the Activities related with Appraisal right from the process initiating till the distribution of increment letters.• Actively participated in compensation surveys
