• Establish short and long-term recruitment strategies including detailed plans• Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing, interviews, offers and contracts etc.• Manage stakeholders including business heads & HRBPs and intuitively understand dynamic requirements• Use hiring sources effectively including ATS & hiring portals• Create a strong pipeline and update relevant Talent Pools for sourcing• Initiation and closure of pre-employment medicals• Develop contingency plan for high attrition roles & monitor consultant performance• Prepare dashboards, derive insights and be able to analytically present data• Work on special projects in TA namely running referral program, social media hiring, panning recruitment drives etc.• Maintain MIS and keep record of all recruitment relevant data such as applications in the system, applicant background, invited candidates, recruitment results, initial training failures etc.• Arrange travel and accommodation for new joiners and interviews• In-depth understanding of Sucessfactor.

● Responsible for all engineering Hangar and city office administration for Air India Express, Trivandrum base.● Grievance handling and conflict resolution for all Trivandrum base staff including Cabin crew, flying crew.● Conducting Appraisal meetings and providing reports accordingly.● Coordinating with DGCA and Indian Customs officials for administrative works.● Providing Biometric Aerodrome Entry Permit for staff in coordination with the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security. ● Responsible for all HR activities and SAP updation for Air India Express staff in Trivandrum.● Personal Data, attendance, salary data updation in SAP for all Air India Express employees. ● Conducting Induction and joining formalities for new joiners in Trivandrum Base
