CA Cloud Service Management is an innovative Service Management solution to speed and streamline the service desk operations while reducing complex and repetitive tasks. Concepts like Incident and problem management, Change management, Configuration management, Service level management, Service catalog, Request management into picture.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Understanding the requirements, deploying framework on top of which the CSM product needs to build up.• Started identifying test scenarios and writing test cases for the feature our team owned that was to develop Asset Management workspace.• Mainly worked on complex backend testing for Asset Discovery Component of the Asset Management feature alone.• Being in Agile Environment we had sprint planning daily scrum calls and sprint end reviews.• Raised defects on Performance and had multiple CHO Tests to ensure Asset Discovery doesn’t fail under Continuous Hours of Operation.• Involved in Daily Sanity testing and Regression Testing.PROJECT:CA Cloud Service Management Bamboo ReleaseRESPONSIBILITIES:• Involved in Planning and Discussion for this release and worked on Customer requirements like Multiple Discovery Configurations where the customer can initiate parallel Discovery Jobs to scan there network.• Wrote test cases for the same and ensure multiple discovery works fine.• Got Involved in UI Testing of feature called Service Pulse. Where we can know how different services are doing within the Organization. •. Automated functional UI test cases using CA’s own wrapper framework based on Selenium.• Responsible for tracking team while regression cycles were going on.• Got Chance to test Jasper Reports and setup HA Environment of Jasper.• Tested the CSM mobile App for new features on IOS and Android devices

PROJECT:CA Service Desk Manager Project Description: Service Desk Manager is an On Premise software built by CA which provides a proactive approach to IT Service Management. RESPONSIBILITIES• As a fresher learnt SAP Business Objects which was used by SDM for Reporting needs. • Actively involved in the Installing and Configuring CA SDM Product with SAP BO Reports.• Participated in Localization of the SDM Reports and got recognized by Management team for this.• Bug fixes raised by QA Team on Reports.• Sustaining/maintenance software engineering including: Customer issues and HOTFIX.PROJECT:CA Open Space Project Description: CA Open Space is a modern, social media-based user experience that enables CA Service Desk Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for the UI Migration of SaaS based solution to On Premise. The Changes include upgrading to the latest Liferay version.• Got basic understanding of Liferay Administration.• Worked actively with other team members and took care of Migrating there portlets UI.• Bug fixes raised by QA Team on UI.• In last few sprints got chance to work on InstallAnywhere.Mainly worked on bug fixes on the installation side of the Open Space product.• Responsible for triggering builds on TeamCity and giving to QA Teams. PROJECT CA SDM Mobile App Project Description: This app enables mobile device access to CA Service Management to perform many tasks that leverage CA Service Desk Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES• At that time the Mobile Application was made using simple java scripts hence looks like web application and not like a mobile application.• I was asked to change the look and feel of the App using css and make the app more like a Mobile looking application.• Worked single handed and delivered the app with a new feel and look.• Bug fixes on CSS side.• Created Team City Build using ant for Mobile App which compiles the code and generated apk and ipa files.
