• Leading the Payment applications portfolio for the Norway bank from TCS.• Working closely with customer organization in identifying and delivering the desired value.• Responsible for the portfolio growth (topline) managing with efficient margin.• Lead the team as Program Director for Cloud transformation of the portfolio apps.• Review and mentor the team on the Cloud transition and transformation journey in Azure and AWS.• Spearhead in setting up the operating and delivery model in multi vendor setup.• Responsible for delivering multiple programs alongside the cloud transformation journey in parallel.

• Responsible for handling digital projects ( mobile apps, wearables, POS etc.) for various customers in the Banking, Retail, Insurance industries.• Identify and form the team with required skilled resources.• Plan, Prepare and Implement the devised solution by leading the project teams. • Mentoring/Guiding the implementation teams to achieve the desired objective.• Responsible for the managing and delivering the project scope within agreed timeline and quality.• Identify and mitigate the risks throughout the project lifecycle.• Maintain and adhere the organizational and customer process intact for the projects.

• Participate in the Joint Application Design workshops to discuss and understand the business requirements and derive the middleware applications impact.• Work with onshore technical leads and the interfacing application leads to create the Solution Architecture Document.• Design the Component Business Model (CBM) and Business Object Model (BOM) using IBM Information Framework (IFW).• Create the required WSDLs for the services, review the design documents, both the High Level and Low level designs and suggest as required.• Mentor the individual module teams on understanding the Information Architecture design and adhering to the standards and guidelines prescribed.• Review the webservices developed by the team using Datapower Xi50/Xi52. Contivo, Webmethods 6.5/7.1.2 Developer.• Support team during deployment and Go-Live of modules in Prod.

• Responsible for understanding the program requirements with the lead architects and business stakeholders through design workshops and joint application design sessions.• Create the high level and low level design for the webservice modules.• Conduct reviews of the design documents.• Work with offshore development team to develop the webservices using Datapower Xi50, Contivo, Webmethods 6.5 Developer, based on the designs, review the modules delivered from offshore and deploy to the test regions.• Perform Component Integration Testing using soapUI• Provide System Integration Testing support to all the upstream and downstream application interacting with the webservices.• Provide the modules/packages to the Code Migration Team for production deployment.• Provide Post Implementation Warranty support for the deployed modules.

• Responsible for creating efficient and maintainable webservices by using webMethods 4.6/6.5Develop and execute unit test cases.• Create relevant documentation for the webservices.• Provide testing support for upstream and downstream applications interfacing with the webservices.
